You have the right to access, rectify, request deletion of data, as well as the right to limit processing and data portability.
In addition, you have the right to lodge a complaint to a supervisory authority if your data is processed in violation of legal requirements. In Poland, this authority is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
The data will be processed for the purpose of recruitment. In the case of voluntary and optional consent, data will also be processed for future recruitment conducted by the Controller.
Provision of data is voluntary, however, failure to provide such data will result in the inability to participate in the recruitment / consideration of your application.
The legal basis for processing your data is:
a) to the extent necessary to undertake activities aimed at conducting recruitment proceedings and concluding a contract, it is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR, i.e. your explicit request before concluding a contract;
b) to the extent that the ordinary data you send us goes beyond the catalog specified in Article 22 1(1) of the Labor Code, it is processed on the basis of your consent, which you give by sending us your application (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR);
c) with regard to the special category of data you send us (Article 9(1) of the GDPR), they are processed, they are processed on the basis of your consent, which you express by sending us your application (Article 9(2)(a) of the GDPR).
However, if you submit your application without correlation to a specific recruitment, the legal basis for processing your data is your consent - Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, and to the extent necessary for the Controller to perform its statutory duties - Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
If you consent to the processing of your data for the purposes of future recruitment, to that extent your data will be processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.
To the extent that your data is processed on the basis of separate consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. However, this will not affect the lawfulness of the data processing that was carried out before its withdrawal.
Recipients of your data may be:
1) law firms, tax consultants,
2) IT solution providers.
The Controller will transfer your personal data to the United States of America - to entities with the status of the Controller's current shareholders, as part of their corporate governance. The transfer is carried out on the basis of standard data protection clauses adopted by the European Commission by Decision 2021/914 (in accordance with the examination procedure referred to in Article 93(2) of the GDPR) and with the guarantee of adequate safeguards, enforceable rights of data subjects and effective legal remedies.
Personal data will be processed until the end of the recruitment process. In the case of a separate consent to process data for future recruitment purposes and submission of an application without correlation with a specific advertisement, data will be processed for a period of 2 years, but no longer than until the consent to process the data is withdrawn. After the end of processing, the data will be deleted.
You will not be subject to a decision that is based solely on automated processing, including profiling, and produces legal effects on you or similarly affects you in a material way.
