You can obtain information regarding the processing of your personal data by contacting us by email at hello@donkey.team or traditionally at: Donkey Crew sp. z o.o., ul. Stanisławowska 47, 54-611 Wrocław.

You have the right to access, rectify, request erasure of your data, as well as the right to restriction of processing and data portability.

In addition, you have the right to lodge a complaint to a supervisory authority if your data is processed in violation of legal requirements. In Poland, this authority is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

The data will be processed for the purpose of recruitment. In case of voluntary and optional consent, the data will also be processed for future recruitment conducted by the Controller.

The provision of data is voluntary, however, failure to provide such data will result in the inability to participate in the recruitment.

The legal basis for processing of your data is:

a) insofar as necessary to take action to carry out the recruitment procedure and conclude the contract is Article 6 sec. 1 b of the GDPR, i.e. your express request before entering into the contract;

b) insofar as the ordinary data you send us goes beyond the catalog specified in Article 221 sec. 1 of the Polish Labor Code, it is processed on the basis of your consent, which you give by sending us your application (Article 6 sec. 1 a of the GDPR);

c) with regard to the special category of data you send us (Article 9 sec. 1 GDPR), they are processed on the basis of your consent, which you express by sending us your application (Article 9 sec. 2 a GDPR).



However, where you submit your application without correlation to a specific recruitment, the legal basis for the processing of your data is your consent - Article 6 sec. 1 a GDPR, and to the extent necessary for the Controller to perform its legal obligations - Article 6 sec. 1 c GDPR.

If you consent to the processing of data for the purposes of future recruitment, to the extent that the data will be processed on the basis of Article 6 sec. 1 a GDPR.

To the extent that your data is processed on the basis of separate consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. However, this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out before the revocation.

Recipients of your data may be:

1) law offices, tax advisors,

2) IT solutions providers.



The Controller does not plan to transfer your personal data to recipients outside the EEA, i.e. to third countries or international organizations.

Personal data will be processed until the end of the recruitment process. In the case of a separate consent to the processing of data for the purposes of future recruitment and submission of an application without correlation with a specific announcement, the data will be processed for a period of 2 years, but no longer than until the withdrawal of consent to the processing of data. After the end of processing, the data will be deleted.

You will not be subject to a decision which is based solely on automated processing, including profiling, and which produces legal effects on you or similarly significantly affects you.
